1. Signing of Dealership Invoices
- The invoices are generated in the parent company’s CRM system such as Salesforce or their ERP system such as SAP or Oracle or a custom-built system.
- Every dealer has an account on this system wherein they can login and create the invoice for every sale done.
- They sign this invoice with their digital signature online from within the system itself.
- They issue the signed invoice to their customer over email or give them a printed copy.
2. Contract signing with Dealers
- The agreement is generated in the contract management system (CMS) of the company.
- Multi-party signing is initiated from within the CMS.
- The agreement is e-stamped within TRUESigner ONE.
- Signing authority from the company signs the e-stamped agreement with the company’s digital signature.
- The agreement is then sent to the dealer’s authorized signatory via a secure link on email.
- The agreement is signed by the dealer’s authorized signatory.
- The signed agreement is sealed to make it tamper proof.
