Refund Policy for Truecopy Transcript Delivery Service

Thank you for using our service to deliver your transcripts to your destination University/Evaluation Agency.

We offer a full refund for transcript delivery orders placed from the Truecopy (truecopy.in) destination selection link to unserviceable destinations.

We refund after deducting Rs.100 as processing fees for transcript delivery orders placed from the Truecopy (truecopy.in) destination selection link to serviceable destinations, in case a cancellation request is placed by the customer.

The customer should send an email to support@truecopy.in by quoting their Transaction ID to request for refund. The refund will be initiated within 10 working days after the customer refund email request is received.

The refund will be processed and credited to the payment source used to place the order.

No refund will be processed for refund email requests received after 6 months from the date of order.

No refund will be processed for orders where the service is fully or partially delivered.
